Cold Hamburger With Catsup
it’s Catsup right? debatable, i’m sure.
either way it was my first cold hamburger since junior high, and i’m 36 years old. so it was basically the first cold hamburger i’ve ever eaten, as an adult. the boyfriend had wrapped it in tinfoil, no bun, it was already covered in catsup.
it was 9am. time for breakfast. I opened the fridge.I could.not.resist the meat. It wanted me to do it.
i bit into the cold beefy thick catsup-on-top burger (homemade, by me, with spices) and groaned like a happy kitty. rawrrrr.
I am eating meat again for the first time in 23 yrs. rawr, bitches, RAWR!

Meat Hand via not martha
Waving hello at this deliciously meaty meatloaf hand. She did a few different versions, so be sure to click her link to read her full documentation.
I love that she included a “cute pumpkin pancake chaser“… with SAUSAGE, too. ;)
Prosciutto, Pear, and Goat Cheese Panini4 slices country style bread, sliced
3 oz. prosciutto
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
4 oz. goat cheese, room temperature
2 tsp. olive oilTo assemble sandwiches, spread a thin layer of goat cheese on bread slices. Top with single layer of prosciutto, followed by a layer of pear. Top with another slice of bread. Lightly brush top with olive oil. Place oil side down on panini press and brush other side with olive oil. Close the lid and cook according until indicator light says it’s done. Alternatively, if you do not have a panini press, you can use a grill pan and place a weighted object on top of the sandwich (like a brick wrapped in foil). Flip sandwiches mid-way and grill on other side. Sandwiches are done when bread is crisp with golden grill lines, and cheese is warm and melted.
